Savvy Bridal Kansas City is our flagship boutique, where our story began in 2013. Discover over 400 thoughtfully curated designer gowns, with beautiful customization possibilities to make your dress uniquely yours. Our gowns range from $1,200 to $6,000, with special orders arriving in approximately 5–7 months. For brides with a shorter timeline, our off-the-rack collection starts at $1,500, with gowns ready to take home the same day.
Your 90-minute appointment takes place in a private bridal suite, where a dedicated stylist will guide you through every detail. Bring up to six of your favorite people and enjoy our Champagne Bar before or after your appointment, making your bridal experience a celebration from beginning to end.

What to expect in Kansas City

Come a little early to check out the Champagne Bar menu and toast to an amazing experience. Then it’s 90 unhurried minutes in your private suite: your stylist listens first, pulls gowns to your shape, story, and budget, and when you say yes, the champagne toast is on us. We’re on Oak Street in the Crossroads Arts District, with parking on the side of the building and on the street — allow a few extra minutes if you’re new to downtown.
What to Bring
- Your key influencers (BFF, mom, sister, grandma — we seat up to six)
- Nude undergarments, if possible
- Anything you KNOW you want to wear on your wedding day (heirloom accessories, etc.)
- Inspiration photos if you have them
- A positive attitude and excitement
- Please skip the spray tan for 24–48 hours before trying on gowns

Before Your Kansas City Appointment
Do I need an appointment to try on wedding dresses in Kansas City?
Yes — appointments are required so one of our experienced stylists can give you dedicated, personal attention for the full 90 minutes. Weekday appointments usually need 1–2 weeks’ notice; Saturdays book 2–3 weeks out. Reserve online above — it takes a minute.
What is the price range at Savvy Bridal Kansas City?
Special-order gowns at our Kansas City boutique range from $1,200 to $6,000. Off-the-rack gowns you can take home the same day start at $1,500. Tell your stylist your budget up front and she’ll pull only gowns within it. Need something under $1,500? Our sister store, Vow Ready Kansas City, carries designer gowns at $300–$1,500 with walk-ins welcome.
What sizes do you carry in Kansas City?
Our Kansas City sample gowns typically run bridal sizes 12–28, with one of the largest curated plus-size collections in the area. Most designers can be special-ordered in sizes 0–34.
How many people can I bring?
Our private suites seat up to six guests, but we recommend bringing 3–4 of your closest, most trusted people. Smaller groups mean less noise and more focus on your vision. Please leave little ones (ages 1–5) and pets at home.
Is there a cost to book, and what is the cancellation policy?
There is no charge to attend your appointment. Because appointments are in high demand, we hold your spot with a card on file. A $60 cancellation fee applies if you no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show.
Where do I park in the Crossroads?
Parking is available on the side of the building, with additional street parking on Oak Street and the neighboring side streets. We recommend allowing a little extra time, especially on First Fridays and event weekends downtown.
Do you offer alterations in Kansas City?
We don’t alter in-house, but we have trusted relationships with experienced Kansas City seamstresses who know our gowns well. We’ll give you a referral list when your dress arrives. Book your seamstress as soon as you say yes.
My wedding is less than four months away. Can you still help?
Absolutely! Just share your wedding date when booking so your stylist can help you explore the best options for your timeline. We offer off-the-rack gowns you can take home the same day, rush-order options with select designers, and an even wider selection of ready-to-wear gowns at our sister boutique, Vow Ready Kansas City, just across the river.

These are designer samples and overstock in excellent condition, from $1,500 and up.
