Part-Time Inventory and Store Coordinator Responsibilities:

Savvy Bridal Collective is currently hiring an Inventory and Store Coordinator. Savvy Bridal is a high-end, designer bridal boutique that offers brides luxury bridal gowns. Currently, Savvy Bridal Collective consists of 3 brick-and-mortar locations.

Job Duties
Inventory Management:
- Receive and unpack shipments, meticulously sorting and organizing inventory.
- Steam gowns to ensure they are in impeccable condition for appointments.
- Maintain detailed notes for each bride in CRM for personalized service.
Store Maintenance:
- Keep the store clean, vacuumed, and well-organized to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensure trash is taken out regularly to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Monitor bathroom cleanliness and restock toilet paper as needed throughout the day
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, attractive, and fully stocked.
- Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized inventory
Customer Service:
- Ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers by addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage customer appointments, handle changes and cancellations
- Answer phone calls and respond to voicemails in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience is mandatory. Retail experience is a plus!
- Bridal experience is a plus plus!
- Must be extremely self-motivated, unapologetically goal-oriented + 100% laser focused on providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Extremely organized with the ability to multi-task.
- Proficient with Apple products and knowledgeable in Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
