Full – Time Bridal Stylist Responsibilities:

As a STYLIST you will contribute to the success of your store by leading inspiring appointments and connecting with our Brides. Our stylists are an expert on all things Savvy Bridal. You are a great listener and able to understand the bride’s needs and offer solutions. As a member of a team, you are willing to roll up yourselves and help when needed.

Savvy Bridal Collective is currently hiring a Full Time Bridal Stylist. Savvy Bridal is a high-end, designer bridal boutique company that offers brides luxury bridal gowns. Currently, Savvy Bridal Collective consists of 3 brick-and-mortar locations.

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for boxes + mannequins and move multiple gowns on hangers.

Qualifications

  • One year of customer service experience is mandatory. Retail experience is a plus!
  • Bridal experience is a plus plus!
  • Must be extremely self-motivated, unapologetically goal-oriented + 100% laser focused on providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • Extremely organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient with Apple products and knowledgeable in Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation

Starting Hourly Rate is $15-18

+ Commission

+ Tips

Total Estimated Hour Rate can reach anywhere from $25- $45 per hour
