How do I know when I’ve found “the one”?
Every bride is different. Some brides get emotional when they’ve found their dress, but some brides don’t. If you can envision yourself marrying your partner in the dress and it checks your boxes, then that’s “the one!”

If your wedding is more than 4 – 6 months away then schedule your appointment at Savvy Bridal in Kansas City, MO or our Saint Louis, MO boutiques as soon as you can. Would you recommend this sale for a first-time shopping bride?

A sample sale can be a whirlwind of excitement and energy, perfect for brides looking to snag a deal. However, it’s wise to have a clear idea of your desired style before attending. We recommend visiting at least one traditional bridal appointment first to help you refine your vision. This way, when you enter the sample sale, you’ll be ready to find your dream dress!

How long is the appointment for a Sale?

Appointments are one hour long, so it’s a fast-paced experience! To make the most of your time, it’s beneficial to have a clear idea of what styles you’re interested in. Arriving with a vision can help streamline the process, allowing you to try on your top choices efficiently.

How many people can I bring to my appointment?

We recommend bringing 2-3 key people with you, such as a trusted friend or family member who understands your vision. The more people you bring, the more opinions you may encounter, which can sometimes lead to confusion about what you truly want. It’s all about focusing on your preferences and feeling comfortable in your choices.

What’s the price range of the dresses?

Our sample gowns are priced between $300 and $1500. We pride ourselves on the quality of our samples, ensuring they’re well-maintained and in beautiful condition. This is a fantastic opportunity to find a designer dress at a fraction of the retail price, allowing you to allocate more of your budget to other wedding details.

How many gowns will there be in the sale?

We will have 100 dresses available for you to choose from. This wide selection includes various styles, fabrics, and silhouettes, giving you plenty of options to find the perfect gown that fits your vision for the big day.

What sizes will you have in the sale?

Our sample sizes range from 8 to 24, including sizes 10, 12, 14, 18, and 22. Remember, sample gowns can often be altered down two to three sizes without compromising the dress’s design. This flexibility means you can focus on finding a gown you love rather than getting hung up on the size tag.

How can I determine what size I am in bridal gowns?

Bridal sizing can be tricky! We always recommend sizing up at least one to two dress sizes from your regular clothing size, as bridal sizes often run small. Don’t get too caught up in the numbers; instead, focus on how the dress makes you feel. Alterations can create a perfect fit, ensuring you feel amazing on your wedding day.

Are alterations included?

Alterations are not included in the sale price. On average, brides can expect to spend between $500 and $800 for basic alteration services. This investment is crucial for achieving a customized fit, so budget accordingly!

Do you have a payment plan?

We offer flexible payment options: you can pay in full and take your dress home immediately, or you can place a 50% deposit and pay the remaining balance within 30 days. This makes it easier to secure your dream dress without straining your budget.

What is the return policy?

Savvy Bridal has a strict non-refundable and non-returnable policy. This means it’s essential to feel confident about your choice before making a purchase. Our expert stylists are here to help you make that decision!

What does Off-The-Rack mean?

“Off-The-Rack” means you can take your dress home the same day! Once you say yes to the dress, it’s yours. This immediacy is part of the excitement of a sample sale, and it allows you to start planning your alterations right away.

Is there a way to pre-shop the sale?

Yes! Our Instagram is an excellent resource for previewing the styles we have in store. While we won’t know the exact gowns available in the sale until 3-4 days before, browsing our social media can help you narrow down your preferences and get inspired.

Do you offer in-house cleaning?

We do offer in-house cleaning for our samples! This service takes about 3-4 days and costs $150. It’s a great option to ensure your dress is pristine before your big day, especially if it needs a little extra TLC.

Will I get to pick the gowns out myself?

Absolutely! You will have a dedicated bridal stylist to assist you in a private bridal suite. They’ll guide you through the selection process and help you find gowns that align with your vision, making it a personalized and enjoyable experience.

What should I bring to my appointment?

To make your appointment as productive as possible, we recommend wearing nude underwear and any shapewear you feel comfortable in. Consider bringing along any accessories you plan to wear on your wedding day, like shoes or jewelry, to get a complete picture of how the dress will look.

Are children allowed?
Due to the nature of our merchandise, we kindly ask you not to bring any young children into the boutique (1-5 years old). A bridal salon is not a fun place for a small children, and they will very quickly get bored sitting in one spot for 1.5 hours. Additionally, too much happening will end up distracting you from your ultimate goal of finding your wedding gown as well as distracting other brides on this important day.

Is your boutiques handicap accessible?
Yes! We are located street level on the ground floor of our building. We also have wheel chair ramps should you need assistance at both locations. Please call ahead and let us know if you need assistance and accommodations.
