Savvy Bridal

Copyright Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026

Savvy Bridal Collective respects the rights of photographers, designers and other creators, and we expect the people who share content with us to do the same. This policy explains how we handle photos and stories that brides send us, and how to tell us if something on savvybridalboutique.com or our social media uses your work without permission.

Photos you send us

When you share your wedding or proposal story, you confirm that you took the photos or have your photographer's permission to share them, and you give Savvy Bridal permission to feature them with credit to you and your photographer. You keep ownership of your photos. If you change your mind, email info@savvybridal.com and we will take them down.

Photographers: if you see your work on our site or social media without the credit you'd like, or without your permission, contact us and we'll fix it quickly.

Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content on savvybridalboutique.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated copyright agent that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for them
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed
  • The address (URL) of the page where the material appears
  • Your name, mailing address, phone number and email address
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner

We remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice and, where appropriate, notify the person who posted it.

Counter-notices

If material you shared was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake, you can send our copyright agent a counter-notice with your signature, a description of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your name, address and phone number with consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district. We may restore the material after 10 business days unless the person who sent the original notice tells us they have filed a lawsuit.

Repeat infringers

We will stop accepting or featuring submissions from anyone who repeatedly shares content they don't have the right to share.
